Conspiracy Conferences Volunteer Sign Up
To pull off such a grass roots effort with no starting budget other than skill and knowledge, we are looking for volunteers that can assist in one way or another.. Maybe just from your PC there at home or maybe onsite at the event/s. Please take a moment and look at the options below as to how you could help make this conference tour a reality and or a better tour.
The event organizer will meet all volunteers online in a video conference (you do not need a webcam, just a mic) and discuss and provide instruction for each of the volunteer positions described below. NOTE: All volunteers will get FREE admission to the conference/s. Web & Onsite volunteers. Once the conference is a success, meaning that there are funds coming in from ticket sales, vendor booth sales or other sources we plan to hire personal, to travel with the tour.

Areas Volunteers Needed:
ON THE WEB: MARKETING 1: We are looking for people that have time to post ads in the cities that the conference will be visiting on Craigslist and other sites. MARKETING 2: We are looking for people that could go around daily on youtube and place a comment and link to the Conspiracy Conference Intro video on new videos that come out daily on other channels. MARKETING 3: We are looking for people who can help contact potential speakers via the speakers website/facebook/email to gain more interest from potential speakers. Many will be needed to cover all the dates and locations of this tour. MARKETING 4: We are looking for several people to contact and secure vendors for each location of the tour. Vendor are individuals, organizations and companies that may supply goods that event attendees would possibly want or need such as emergency food, guns, etc... SOCIAL MEDIA ADMIN: We are looking for 1 or 2 people who can be the admin for our newly formed Facebook, Twitter and other social networking pages. You would work as a team to manage and promote conspiracy conference tour information. VENUE ACQUISITION: We are looking for 1 person to work on finding proper venues and services need for each event location. ONSITE AT THE CONFERENCES: VENDOR MANAGER: Will be in charge of working with vendors as they arrive at the conference and though out the conference. SPEAKER MANAGER: Will be in charge of working with the speakers as they arrive and through out the conference. TECHNICAL MANAGER: Will be in charge of all technical equipment arrangements, setup and issues. Will need 1 or 2 assistants. CATERING MANAGER: This person will be in charge of speaker and speaker guest meal arrangements and related issues. VIDEOGRAPHY: This person will be in charge of Youtube Episode Rental, Live Streaming, Onsite filming and anything video related before, during and after the conferences. And may need 1 assistant. PHOTOGRAPHY: This person will be in charge of taking photographs before, during and after each event and posting them live to the Conspiracy Conferences website. EVENT CONTROLLER: This key person will be in charge and oversee the entire schedule of the event/s and all persons and activities. GUEST MANAGER: This person will be in charge of front door entry of the guests, ticket taking and pay at the door ticketing. Also will provide basic security management for the event. This will be min of 2 persons. GUEST SERVICES: This person will be the main contact for guests with questions or to assistant guest with such things as accommodations, parking, car rental... Just a general contact with answers. |
